For the opening of our new London boutique, we are looking for an experienced retail professional ready to bring expertise, energy and leadership to a new team.
Your Mission
As Supervisor / Key Holder, you will lead from the sales floor, combining outstanding client experience with strong commercial and operational performance.
You will:
Deliver exceptional client experiences and inspire the team to do the same.
Drive sales, clienteling and boutique KPIs.
Coach and support Sales Associates in their development.
Act as Key Holder and take ownership of the boutique when the Store Manager is absent.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
Actively contribute to stock, deliveries, inventories and daily operations alongside the team.
Help build a positive, ambitious and high-performing culture from day one.
