Welham Green Service Station is a small, friendly and independent garage located in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. Having built up a vast customer base, we are expanding and need an extra mechanic that can preferably MOT also but not essential, to help with the workload.

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled mechanic, holding a current MOT license would be advantages to join our team The ideal candidate will be hands on mechanic. carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs and be responsible for conducting MOT tests on vehicles to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards, . This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge/ ability to carry out repairs to a high standard.
Monday to Friday, No weekends **Responsibilities:**
- (Not essential) MOT license and be able to perform MOT tests on a variety of vehicles in accordance with regulations
- Identify and report any faults or defects found during servicing,
- Use hand tools effectively to carry out necessary inspections
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repairing and maintenance of vehicle.
