We’re growing our Bedworth driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond
Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.
What You’ll Get
- Days Per hour £18.75
- Unsocial Premium (hrs worked between 20:00-06:00): £2.83
- Overtime Mon - Fri £22.13

Shift Information:
- Hours:40
- AM shift- Thurs - Sun or Thurs - Mon with start times between 02:00 - 04:00
- Afternoon shift - Tues - Sat with start times between 13:00 - 15:00 or Fri - Tues with start times between 14:00 - 16:00
- Night shift - Tues - Sat or Sat - Wed with start times between 22:00 - 00:00
- Night shift - Thur - Mon with start times between 18:00 - 20:00
The Role - Store Deliveries
You’ll be delivering stock safely and efficiently to M&S stores while providing a professional service at every location.
What you’ll be doing:
- Completing store deliveries across the network
- Carrying out vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
- Representing Gist and M&S professionally on site
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
- Driver CPC qualification
- A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
- Professional and safety-focused approach
- Reliable, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable with manual handling where required
