Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – Permanent Night Shift
Hours: 19:00 – 07:00
Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour

The Role
As an Operations Control Room Officer, you'll be the central point of contact for our security operations during your shift.
You'll coordinate officers in the field, respond to incidents, communicate with clients and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a busy, varied and rewarding role where your ability to think clearly and communicate effectively will make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating responses to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations.
- Speaking with clients, security officers and mobile response teams throughout your shift.
- Monitoring operational activity and ensuring resources are deployed effectively.
- Recording incidents accurately using computer systems.
- Providing updates to clients and operational teams.
- Supporting the smooth running of security operations across multiple locations.
We're Looking For People Who
- Have worked in busy telephone-based operational environments, such as call centres, contact centres, emergency call handling, service desks, helpdesks or monitoring centres.
- Are confident communicating with a wide range of people by telephone and email.
- Can remain calm and organised when working under pressure.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Are confident using multiple computer systems.
- Enjoy problem solving and making decisions.
- Are reliable and able to work permanent night shifts.
Previous Control Room or security experience is an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Important Information
Successful applicants will be required to successfully complete BS7858 security screening, including a DBS check and employment and reference verification.
