We’re looking for a reliable, self-driven operative to join our team working across commercial sites. This role is mainly builders cleans and sparkle cleans, plus commercial property cleaning, window cleaning, and driving a company van between jobs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and can get on with the job without being micromanaged.
The role includes:
- Builders cleans / sparkle cleans (post-construction and post-refurb)
- Commercial property cleaning (offices, communal areas, general sites)
- Window cleaning (internal/external where safe and appropriate)
- Loading/unloading equipment and materials
- Driving a company van to and from jobs / between sites
- Working as part of a team or on your own depending on the job
Hours:
- Must be very flexible
- Hours are not set — work can vary week to week
- Early starts, later finishes, and occasional weekend work may be required depending on site deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Hardworking and dependable
- Self-driven and able to work on your own initiative
- Good attention to detail (sparkle cleans need a proper finish)
- Comfortable with physical work (moving equipment, repetitive tasks)
- Professional and respectful on customer sites
Experience:
- Cleaning experience is preferred (builders cleans / commercial cleaning is ideal)
- Window cleaning experience is a bonus (training can be provided depending on your level)
Driving:
- Full UK driving licence required
- Confident driving a van (route planning, punctual, safe driving)
