The successful candidate will work with our experienced housekeeping team who are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, restaurant, bar, customer toilets and garden. Ideally you will enjoy working as a part team and also autonomously, you will take pride in your work and have a very keen eye for detail.
Main activities include
- Clean/sanitise hotel rooms; bathrooms, shower cubicles, toilets, fixtures and fittings, floors, windows, doors, carpets etc.
- Relay beds; sheets, pillows, quilts etc.
- Check, refilling, changing toiletries etc.
- Empty, clean and reline internal and external litter bins
- Vacuuming carpeted areas including pub, restaurant, stairways, hall and rooms.
- Clean and sanitise public toilets. Restock toiletries etc.
- Wash down garden furniture and kids play area.
- Litter picking. Emptying external and external refuse bins.
- Inspect/audit colleagues hotel rooms.
- Talking to customers and resolving issues where possible.
- Recording complete works use of PC
