Warehouse Operative – Textile Recycling

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be involved in the sorting and preparation of used textiles for export.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding role, suited to someone who enjoys active work and being on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting textiles by type and quality
- Packing textiles into large bulk export sacks
- Lifting and moving bags weighing up to 25–30kg
- General warehouse duties (keeping workspace clean and organised)
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working Conditions
- Physically demanding work – lifting, standing, and moving throughout the day
- Working on your feet for most of your shift
- Some tasks may involve working at height (up to approx. 2 metres / 6 feet)
- Fast-paced environment with growing workload

- Good level of understanding of English (basic communication required)
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role

Desirable (not essential):
- Previous warehouse experience
