Dec-Elec Ltd is looking for experienced electricians to join our growing team and support our domestic and commercial electrical contracts across South Wales.
The role will involve working across a range of occupied and unoccupied domestic properties, as well as commercial buildings. We are looking for reliable electricians who can work to a high standard, communicate professionally with clients and tenants, and complete the required job records accurately.
Main duties will include:
- Domestic rewires and electrical upgrades
- Commercial electrical installations
- Consumer unit and distribution board replacements
- Inspection, testing and fault finding
- EICRs and associated remedial works
- First and second-fix electrical work
- Completing certificates, job sheets and site records
- Following RAMS and company health and safety procedures
- Working independently and as part of a wider team
Essential requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Current 18th Edition qualification
- Experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work
- Good knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and able to work well with customers and tenants
Inspection and testing qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential for every position.
