Digital Marketing Specialist (PPC & SEO)
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic and growing company. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the continued development of our marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established marketing function that already delivers strong lead generation results. As the business continues its transition towards a marketing-led growth strategy, you will have the opportunity to shape our digital marketing activities while driving lead generation and brand awareness across multiple international markets.
From the outset, you will be given the time and support needed to develop a thorough understanding of our business, customers, products and markets. Through a structured onboarding programme, tailored training and dedicated planning support, you will build the knowledge and confidence to take full ownership of your responsibilities.
Initially, your primary focus will be managing and optimising our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns across five international territories. Using data-driven insights, you will improve campaign performance, identify new growth opportunities and maximise return on investment. You will inherit a strong foundation, including robust tracking systems, well-established high-performing campaigns and access to premium tools such as SEMrush Pro. We also encourage fresh ideas and are always open to new approaches that can further enhance performance.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers and sales teams, you will ensure PPC campaigns align with commercial priorities, local market opportunities and customer needs. By combining campaign performance data with valuable sales insights, you will continually refine strategy to generate high-quality leads.
As our digital marketing activities continue to expand, there will also be opportunities to explore additional paid advertising channels, particularly LinkedIn. Experience with LinkedIn or Meta Ads would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Supporting multiple international markets, you will work with a leading translation platform and collaborate with colleagues across our European teams to ensure campaigns are accurately localised, culturally appropriate and deliver strong performance within each territory.
Alongside your paid media responsibilities, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our digital assets. You will have full access to Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud, providing industry-leading tools for graphic design, image editing and content creation. You will also work with our WordPress website, which is currently managed alongside a dedicated web development agency, with increasing responsibility for its ongoing management and development as you become established in the role.
As part of our long term digital strategy, you will progressively take ownership of our SEO activities. Initially, you will support an exciting programme of website improvements, including a comprehensive review of page structure, copy and imagery to enhance user experience and establish strong SEO foundations.
As your expertise develops, you will lead the research, planning and implementation of SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase online visibility and drive high-quality traffic across our regional websites. By keeping up to date with search engine best practice, industry developments and regulatory changes, you will help shape the future direction of our SEO strategy and wider digital marketing activities.
To encourage close collaboration with our marketing team and Business Development Managers, this role is fully office based at our Worthing Head Office.
