This is an entry-level job, designed to provide an opportunity for an 18-21 year old to launch their career.
Working with the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer Scheme in Coventry, we want to hire someone that is struggling to break into a professional career, even though they have excellent organisational skills, a passion to learn and ready to join a team that wants to provide an excellent service.
The role will initially be 16-hours per week, but will grow into a full-time role within 10 weeks. We will provide full training and support.
You’ll report directly into the Programme Director, supporting the range of technical projects that we deliver. Your primary role will be to ensure the projects are well-documented, keep momentum and that our reporting is compliant with the various funding bodies that support our work. Tasks will include-
- Scheduling meetings and summarising actions and outcomes
- Supporting communications between project teams and clients
- Preparing reports and dashboards for internal use
- Organising data on the CRM and in shared files

Pay: From £10.85 per hour
