Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Door Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your responsibilities directly contribute to the safety and smooth operation of the site.
Duties
- Ensure a quick and thorough handover between staff.
- Ensure you are on time with the correct equipment and have what you need to complete your shifts.
- Ensure that you challenge visitors onto site to ensure they have the correct credentials to be there.
- Ensure that you are following health and safety protocols to keep yourself and others around you safe.
Skills
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- First aid certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrols around the premises.
- Driving is preferable, but not essential.
Candidates must be committed to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.
