Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through face-to-face visits, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our offerings
- Identify and pursue new B2C sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using IT tools and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize daily outreach and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and support customer onboarding processes
Experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales or field sales roles, demonstrating successful negotiation and client relationship management
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and solutions
- Valid driving license
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Customer service experience that highlights your ability to listen actively and respond professionally
