An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Clinical Photography Department.
We are looking for an individual who has:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of working in a busy environment
Previous reception or customer service experience
Flexibility in working practices
The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Supervises B2 administrator/s in the day to day running of Clinical Photography & Medical Illustration Administration Team, ensuring all outpatient clinics and inpatient requests are prospectively booked, identifying any shortfalls in capacity to the Service Manager in a timely manner.
- To assist in the training and supervision of all clerical staff.
- To promote good staff communication skills with emphasis on patient contact by telephone and in person.
- Responsible for dealing with day-to-day staff operational and personnel issues.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
