Rebalance Dog Training is a small, established dog training business based in Latchford, Warrington. We specialise in reactivity, structure and calm leadership, working with owners who need real behaviour change rather than quick fixes.
We are a balanced training business. We use a range of tools and methods, and we will teach you how we work.
The role
This is more hands-on than a standard dog walking job. You would be:
- Walking dogs on structured, consistent routes
- Assisting on training sessions, including handling
- General cleaning and upkeep
You will be working with a range of dogs, some of which are in training for behavioural issues. Full guidance and support is given, and you will not be put in a position you are not ready for.
This is physically demanding work. You need to be able to handle strong dogs safely and be on your feet throughout.
Hours
Three days a week, 11am to 2pm.

Pay and progression
£13.25 per hour to start, with room to grow. As trust builds over the first few months, the role can expand.
