You'll lead from the front, taking charge of service in our restaurant to make sure you and your team deliver a warm, genuine welcome to every guest who walks through the door. Working hands-on alongside your team, you'll help them share real knowledge and passion for our outstanding local food — turning every visit into a memorable dining experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Prioritise, organise and delegate across your team to keep service running smoothly and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest
- Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met and our high standards of customer service are maintained throughout
- Oversee our main restaurant, bar, lounge and conference rooms, balancing different customer needs in a timely way while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Build strong knowledge of our menu, wines and drinks so you can confidently recommend and serve guests — including barista coffee in our lounge areas
- Train and support your restaurant team to the standard our guests expect
