Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front of House team member to join our vibrant aesthetic clinic. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, administrative skills, and a keen interest in the cosmetic industry. You will be the friendly face of our clinic, managing client interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a lively, professional setting.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using office software and maintain accurate client records.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating client details, and handling correspondence.
- Support clinic operations by coordinating with medical staff and ensuring the reception area remains organized and inviting.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the front area to reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns with positivity and professionalism.
- Stock ordering and stock takes
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills.
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or aesthetic setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude toward customer service.
- Knowledge of Pabau a plus

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
