We have a fantastic opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to drive sustainable commercial growth across our small racecourse portfolio by maximising revenue through sponsorships, partnerships and Jockey Club Experiences, while building strong relationships, securing new business, and delivering exceptional value for partners and racecourses alike.

The Partnerships Manager – Small Courses will

Drive sustainable commercial growth across our small racecourse portfolio through sponsorship, hospitality and conference & events revenue.

Secure new business opportunities and deliver revenue growth through renewals, upselling and cross-selling.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners, converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.

Identify and develop innovative sponsorship packages, rights and activation opportunities that deliver value across multiple venues.

Use market insight, data and emerging technologies to target high-value partners and maximise commercial income.

Lead partnership negotiations and secure mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements.

Work closely with General Managers to achieve and exceed commercial targets, budgets and growth objectives.

Ensure a seamless handover and delivery of contracted partnership rights, maintaining exceptional partner experiences.

Collaborate across racecourses and commercial teams to drive profitable, scalable initiatives that enhance both partner value and customer engagement.
About you

Proven track record of driving commercial revenue through sponsorship, hospitality, and conference & events sales.

Experience developing and delivering successful sales strategies that generate sustainable growth.

Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify, secure and grow commercial partnerships.

Experience within live events, sport, leisure or hospitality; racing industry knowledge is advantageous.

Confident stakeholder manager with experience building relationships with senior leaders, sponsors and commercial partners.

Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue and delivering against targets.

Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic and solutions-focused, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
