It is an exciting time at Databridge, as we are currently developing the next version of our product and are looking for a Business Analyst to ensure our latest product is an even more user-friendly and optimised system.
Our software gives our customers the tools to store all of their information in one easy to use and secure place. Ranging from tracking learner progress against education targets to monitoring medical and support plan information, amongst a host of other features, our goal is to make the lives of workers in the SEN sector easier, giving them the freedom to do the work that matters most – providing high quality education and care to the people they support.

As a Business Analyst, your role will include:
- Using your problem-solving skills to come up with creative and effective solutions to our customer’s problems
- Diligent record keeping and clear communication, as you document and present your ideas to the team
- Conduct research into specific areas of SEN to ensure the product meets our customer’s needs
- Combining information from various sources and using this to generate effective Acceptance Criteria for our user stories
- Using DevOps to document the requirements of our features
We will support you in this role by:
- Providing all required equipment
- Working closely with the Product Owner for the project
- Providing ongoing contact with colleagues during work-from-home days.
- Re-imbursing travel expenses and all work-related costs.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to conjure creative solutions to complex problems
- Ideally (though not necessarily) familiar with DevOps
- Interested in education and the support of others
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail
- Personable and approachable, who enjoys building relationships
- An excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills
- IT confident
- Flexible and self-motivated. The role is predominantly work from home, with infrequent meetings in-person throughout the year.
Salary/Benefits:
- £26 - £30k basic salary per annum
- Permanent, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
