Our field sales team is proud of what we do and we're looking for someone with the drive to lead from the front.
What You'll Get
- £30,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission. OTE £35,000 to £50,000

The Role
Based out of Bristol, you'll pop up across the city and at times, the South West: brand collaborations like Jo Malone and Joe & the Juice, cosy independent cafes, festivals, markets and lifestyle events. Setting up stands, striking up conversations, turning interest into new customers there and then. Real conversations, real conversions.
Working Hours
- 4 to 5 days per week, built around the events calendar
- 40 to 42 hours per week on average
- 3/4 weekends per month. Weekends are when our biggest events and best earning chances happen, so being available then matters
Who We're Looking For
- A full, clean UK driving licence, held for at least 2 years, comfortable driving a van and happy on an e-bike. You'll need to be 25 or over for our insurance
- Confidence and a strong, positive presence. The kind of person others naturally follow
- Genuine energy for talking to people, day after day, in different places
- A strong work ethic and real motivation to earn well
- Previous sales experience helps but isn't essential. Transferable skills from other people-facing or target-driven roles count just as much
- Happy to travel further afield and stay over when the job calls for it
- Right to work in the UK
