Physiotherapist - Sports/MSK/Ortho in busy private clinic, Part-Time, Employed role.
Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic provide specialist care for clients with Sports, Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic problems. Our purpose is to help people live active, healthy lives. We take an active approach to rehab and strive for the best patient outcomes.
Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join our growing team, bringing excellent clinical skills and experience in a MSK/Sports/Orthopaedic setting.
Bodybalance has a strong, established reputation for MSK, sports injuries, and orthopaedic rehab, but we also have clinicians in our team providing services in specialist areas such as Spinal, Pelvic Health, Paediatrics, Vestibualr and TMJ rehab (and we're open to the idea of adding further to this list).
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessments, diagnosis and treatment to patients within a busy clinic and working with a wider MDT including our referring Orthopaedic and SEM Consultants, podiatrists, and S&C teams. You will need to be a team player with ambition to continue to grow and develop, bringing a positive approach to helping our patients achieve great outcomes. The role requires active involvement in wider clinic operations such as being part of the CPD programme and liaising with the many Consultants we work with.
Our team comprises a mix of full-time and part-time clinicians, as well as a fully supportive admin team. We are ideally seeking someone for this role on a permanent part-time basis for 2-3 sessions per week. There is the opportunity to accommodate requests across a variety of working patterns (including weekends if that suits you), though you will need to work least one evening per week until 8:00pm.
We require at least 3 years post grad experience for all of our clinical team. Prior experience in a private MSK/Ortho/Sports setting is beneficial, but not essential as we can provide mentoring to support your development. Skills and experience with manging high performance athletes, and knowing your way around a gym are advantageous.
The role will be working at our clinic in Hatfield, inside the fantastic Hertfordshire Sports Village.
