Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing friendly and efficient service throughout each guest’s visit
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest needs are promptly addressed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to guarantee guest safety
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance overall experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is highly desirable, especially in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety protocols is essential for delivering top-tier service
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus, demonstrating versatility in drink service
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
