About the Role
Sparkle Exterior Cleaning Services is a growing, family-run exterior cleaning business based in Bedford.
We are looking for a confident, reliable and motivated self-employed canvasser to help us grow our regular window cleaning customer base.
The main aim of the role is to visit residential properties and speak with homeowners to generate new customers for our window cleaning service.
We are specifically looking to build regular customers who have their windows cleaned approximately every 6 weeks.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident approaching homeowners and is motivated by earning based on their results.
Commission
You will receive commission for every new regular customer you successfully generate.
Commission is paid at 1.5 times the value of the customer's agreed 6-weekly window cleaning price.
For example:
A customer paying £15 every 6 weeks would generate £22.50 commission.
A customer paying £20 every 6 weeks would generate £30 commission.
A customer paying £25 every 6 weeks would generate £37.50 commission.
A customer paying £30 every 6 weeks would generate £45 commission.
There is no fixed limit on the number of customers you can generate, so the more regular customers you bring in, the more you can earn.

- Speaking with homeowners about our window cleaning service
- Generating new regular 6-weekly window cleaning customers
- Explaining our window cleaning service to potential customers
- Providing customers with accurate information about the service
- Taking customer details accurately
- Passing new customer information to the business
- Working professionally and representing Sparkle Exterior Cleaning Services
- Managing your own canvassing activity
Requirements
Previous sales or canvassing experience is useful but not essential.
We are looking for someone who is:

Location
The role will cover Bedford and surrounding villages.
Self-Employed Position
This is a self-employed position.
You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
You will have flexibility over when you work, with the opportunity to increase your earnings by generating more regular customers.
