Location: Based in Newry with regular travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to help grow the City Express marketplace.
You'll be responsible for building relationships with local businesses, growing our network of partners, representing City Express in the community, managing local marketing campaigns and social media, and driving new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and recruit local businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
- Represent City Express at networking and community events.
- Manage local marketing campaigns and social media.
- Conduct outbound calls and arrange face-to-face meetings.
- Support existing partners to help them grow.
- Travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confident using social media.
- Friendly, self-motivated and organised.
- Passion for supporting local businesses.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
No previous experience is essential – all training will be provided.
