The role
This is a recruitment role with a difference. Youll need to be proactive, persuasive and personable but what youre offering is the opportunity for people to take part in important social research projects that can influence policy and shape decision making in areas that affect them. Navigator is a social research agency that helps the public, private and third sectors to understand their audiences. We amplify voices from across society to shape decisions and drive action. Whether its people in debt, farmers achieving environmental outcomes, or carers worried about patient safety, we help businesses, charities and government departments & their agencies walk in the shoes of their key audiences.
Your role will be at the forefront of this work, helping persuade people to take part in focus groups, one to one interviews, or attend deliberative events to share their views on specific topics. Youll need to be warm and engaging with an excellent telephone manner and good supporting administration skills. You would join our friendly, growing data solutions team that work from our office in central York. We would expect you to work from the office several days a week, but we are happy to discuss hybrid arrangements and alternative working patterns with the right candidate.
