Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Demolition Supervisor to lead demolition operations on-site. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate teams to execute demolition projects effectively. Your expertise in management and supervising will drive project success while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Duties
- Supervise demolition teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on project timelines and requirements
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage on-site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimize workflow
- Lead problem-solving efforts on-site to address unforeseen challenges promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising demolition projects with a strong understanding of demolition techniques and safety practices
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Supervising experience in construction or demolition environments is essential
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- SMSTS Certificate
- Valid CCDO Gold Card (Preferred)
- CPCS (Preferred)
Pay: £650.00-£850.00 per week
