Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
- Assist in meal preparation during busy periods, supporting the team to serve timely and satisfying dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with serving guests directly or through team members is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently under pressure.
