We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing Renewables team . You’ll play a key role in ensuring all installation documents are accurately prepared and recorded – from initial paperwork to final handover.
As part of a company with around 200 employees across 12 locations, you’ll enjoy the stability of a well-established organisation alongside the collaborative feel of a close-knit team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and update all site commissioning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Organise and maintain online project folders
- Submit electrical applications to external power suppliers
- Deliver excellent customer care at all times
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Manage the team inbox and respond to clients and end users
- Compile complete handover packs and certification for finished installations
- Provide general administrative support to help keep team operations running smoothly
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong digital skills, including confident data entry and Microsoft Office use
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and manage projects and priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
