Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans to attract individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Identify, research, and apply for grants from government agencies, foundations, and other funding bodies using CRM software such as Raiser's Edge.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective donors through personalized communication and engagement strategies.
- Manage all aspects of grant applications, including writing proposals, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements.
- Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives to raise awareness and increase financial support for the organization’s programs.
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote the organization’s mission through various channels.
- Provide regular updates on fundraising progress, donor stewardship activities, and grant status to senior leadership.
Experience
- Proven experience in fundraising or grant management within a nonprofit or charitable organization.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that enhance donor engagement and public relations efforts.
- Experience in developing compelling grant proposals and managing multiple funding streams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
