Barista – Square + Fair, Wellfield Rd.
We’re looking for an exceptional barista to join our brand-new coffee and focaccia concept, Square + Fair, opening our third venue in the vibrant road in Roath. If you’re passionate about great coffee, know your way around a grinder, and love creating memorable customer experiences, we want to hear from you. We will be open until 7:30am - 7:30pm
At Square + Fair, we do things differently. We serve giant, flavour-packed focaccias alongside our unique selection of specialty coffee roasts. As our barista, you’ll be at the heart of the action, serving up bold brews, engaging with customers, and taking pride in every cup you craft.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident, well-trained barista with solid knowledge of specialty coffee
- Experience using espresso machines, grinders, and dialling in shots
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Passion for quality, consistency, and customer service
