EMST is a well-established business specialising in the supply, manufacture and servicing of high-quality industrial cutting tools. We work with customers across a wide range of industries and have built our reputation on quality, reliability and excellent customer service.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to become a valued member of our team. This is a permanent, full-time role delivering specialist industrial tooling to our established customer base using regular weekly routes. This is not a courier or high-pressure multi-drop delivery role. You will follow structured, planned delivery routes, visiting many of the same customers each week and becoming a familiar face representing EMST. The role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers while providing the same high level of customer service.
As the face of our business, you'll play an important role in maintaining our excellent reputation for professionalism, reliability and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver and collect specialist industrial tooling safely and efficiently.
· Follow regular, pre-planned delivery routes.
· Build positive, long-term relationships with customers.
· Provide outstanding customer service at every visit.
· Represent EMST professionally at all times.
About You:
Excellent attendance, punctuality and a commitment to supporting your team are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will:
· Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
· Be based close to NG10
· Enjoy meeting customers and delivering excellent service.
· Be friendly, professional and courteous.
· Be physically fit enough for occasional light to medium lifting.
· Work well as part of a supportive team.
· Be looking for a long-term career rather than a short-term job.
· A basic knowledge of woodworking tooling would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
Package:
· £26,750 pa based on a standard 40 hour week.
· Additional hours are paid.
· Company pension scheme.
Pay: £26,750.00 per year
