Outreach UK is looking for a motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with the company, with genuine progression opportunities to develop into a General Manager role as the business grows. This is a remote position, but you’ll be involved in client shoots, particularly within the hospitality industry, so you must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera in client content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate content for all client accounts.
- Organise and attend client content shoots when required.
- Liaise with clients, videographers, photographers, editors, and other creatives.
- Manage the content pipeline from planning through to publishing.
- Ensure all client content is delivered and posted on schedule.
- Write captions and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and keep projects on track.
- Respond to client enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls with prospective clients.
- Carry out cold outreach to generate new business.
- Follow up with warm leads and convert opportunities into clients.
- Assist with general business administration and day-to-day operations.
- Proactively identify ways to improve client results and internal processes.
- Complete any other reasonable tasks required to support the growth of the business.
What We are Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Capcut editing/similar. .
- Confident speaking with clients and building relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working independently while taking ownership of tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
Pay: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month
