At BM Specialists we cater for a variety of BMW vehicles from the latest 2026 platforms all the way to the legends of the 1980’s. We provide a host of services to our customers such as, routine vehicle maintenance and servicing, complex diagnostics and repairs, performance upgrades, tuning, custom coding and track car preparation. We also take on extensive restoration projects, chassis reinforcement and engine replacement & rebuilds.
As motorsport enthusiasts we truly love what we do and take great pride in our work. We are looking for a likeminded candidate who is also passionate and dedicated to their role. Full training and support are provided so it is not essential to have BMW specific experience providing you are eager to learn.
Job role overview
- Performing servicing and routine vehicle maintenance tasks
- Conducting vehicle health checks and safety inspections
- Carrying out various types of repairs from simple to more complex repairs such as timing chains
- Diagnosing vehicle faults both mechanical and electrical
- Ability to plan your workload in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge (training provided)
- Maintaining a tidy and clean bay and assisting with general maintenance of the workshop
- A passion for learning and keeping up to date with industry innovations to help you develop and perform at your best
- Working closely with other members of the team and provide support and training to junior colleagues
Our requirements
- A minimum of NVQ L3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent). we will also consider experienced non-qualified candidates who can demonstrate their skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Aptitude for multi-tasking
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, coupled with a high level of professionalism
- Good communication skills
