Resource Data Lead Deliver the workforce insight that enables effective portfolio and resource decisions
This is a key role within Change Delivery, responsible for providing the trusted workforce data, management information and insight that underpin workforce planning, portfolio governance and investment decision-making. As Resource Data Lead, you will own the end-to-end resource data management capability, ensuring workforce information is accurate, consistent and decision-ready. Working closely with Change Delivery leaders, Finance, Supplier Management and Technology teams, you will play an important role in enabling effective workforce, supplier and portfolio decisions through high-quality reporting, analysis and visualisation.
About the role
As our Resource Data Lead, you will provide the workforce data, reporting and analytical support required to enable workforce forecasting, scenario modelling and executive reporting activities across Change Delivery. You will be responsible for the governance, management and reporting of workforce data, ensuring leaders have confidence in the information used to support planning, forecasting and resource decisions.
Own and continuously improve the resource data management framework, including data standards, validation processes, quality controls and governance, ensuring workforce information remains accurate, complete and reliable.
Design, develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reporting and visualisations using Power BI and other agreed tooling, providing meaningful insight into capacity, utilisation, skills, resource allocation, supplier resources and workforce trends.
Produce and maintain workforce reporting, dashboards and management information that provide the trusted data and analysis underpinning workforce planning, supplier oversight and portfolio decision-making.
About you
You will be an experienced data and reporting professional with strong analytical capability and a proven ability to transform complex workforce data into valuable business insight that supports strategic decision-making.
Significant experience in data management, reporting and management information, ideally within change, transformation, workforce planning or portfolio management environments.
Advanced capability in Power BI and data visualisation, with experience designing dashboards and reporting that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability, with experience supporting workforce planning, supplier management and partner resource oversight within a complex change, portfolio or transformation environment.
