New Homes Carpeting Ltd (based in Harlow, Essex) are looking for an experienced self -employed floor fitter to join our Customer Care team.
You need to be able to fit Carpet, Vinyl, LVT and Wood flooring to an exceptional standard.

The job will involve carrying out inspections and replacing flooring for our New Build clients throughout Essex and Hertfordshire.
After fitting has taken place in the vacant new build properties, on occasion there is a requirement for remedial works and this may be when the owner is in possession.
The fitter will be asked to assess issues, provide advice back to the Company on what remedial works are be required and carry these works out to a high standard.
Skills required
- Extensive floor fitting experience - this is not a generalist handyman / carpenter role
- Experience with dealing with the public e.g. domestic fitting
You will need to attend the warehouse on our Harlow site on a daily basis to collect materials each morning and then travel to sites to carry out the work as required.
This role is on a self-employed basis so you must be registered to invoice for work carried out have your own van and tools.
Hours of work offered are between 7am - 5pm
Pay is OTE Circa £60K based on fitting rates.
