Duty Manager – The Collingwood Arms Hotel, Cornhill-on-Tweed
The Collingwood Arms Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.
This is a varied role that includes:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant & hotel during your shift.
- Serving guests in the bar and assisting with bartending duties.
- Leading, supporting, and supervising hotel staff.
- Providing exceptional guest service and resolving any guest queries or concerns.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel efficiently.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Assisting with any other duties required to ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding stay.
- Other responsibilities include greeting hotel guests, and ensuring all guest needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, previous hospitality experience, the ability to lead a team, and a flexible, positive attitude. Evening and weekend availability will be required.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
