Welcome to Été
Été (French for “summer”), opening this Summer! Our calm little corner in Westbourne - a place to pause, connect, and enjoy food that makes you feel good. Inspired by time spent in France and the beauty of slow living, Été is more than just a venue, it’s a thoughtfully designed space that brings people together through seasonal food, community, and care. We’re created a space for conscious choices - for starting your day slowly, meeting friends, or just breathing out for a moment in the middle of it all.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re building a team who truly care - about people, quality, and the little details. We’re looking for baristas and front-of-house team members who love creating great experiences as much as they love great food and drink. If you’re warm, attentive and take pride in what you do, we’d love to hear from you.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Know how to deliver warm, welcoming and attentive customer service
- Take pride in high standards - from how a coffee looks to how a space feels
- Are confident making and serving great drinks and inventive (barista experience preferred, but training available).
- Are proactive, calm under pressure and happy working in a small, close-knit team
- Value good food, conscious living, and thoughtful design
- Are available for regular shifts, including weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Make and serve high-quality coffees, cold-pressed juices, matcha, and nourishing plates.
- Engage warmly with customers and create a positive, welcoming environment
- Keep the space clean, calm, and beautifully presented
- Work closely with management and wider team to ensure smooth service
- Represent the Été ethos in everything you do, from your energy to your attention to detail
