Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate must have a PERSONAL LICENCE and possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, and beverage preparation and maintaining a welcoming environment for patrons. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Supervise and manage bar staff, security , training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and resolving any issues promptly.
- Implement promotional activities to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
- Uphold all licensing laws and health & safety regulations within the establishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a bar or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
