Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Friday & Saturday Night Shift Petrol Forecourt Attendant! (11.00pm to 7.00am). This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging with diverse customers. You will be the friendly face of our petrol station during weekend night shift, ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help keep the forecourt running efficiently while creating positive experiences for all visitors.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, purchases, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions, including upselling products and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the forecourt area, including pumps, convenience store, and surrounding spaces
- Monitor safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage stock levels on the forecourt and in the store, restocking merchandise as needed
- Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette and direct calls appropriately
Skills
- Proficiency in English is a reguirement
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory counts, and price calculations
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours
- Ability to upsell products confidently to enhance customer experience and sales
- Good organizational skills to keep the forecourt tidy and well-stocked
