To safely manufacture products in accordance with production schedules, quality standards, and health & safety procedures, ensuring products are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the required specification.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacture products in line with production plans, batch sheets, and work instructions.

Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials in accordance with batch instructions.

Verify raw material descriptions, batch numbers, product codes, and quantities before use.

Operate mixers, pumps, filling equipment, and associated production machinery safely and efficiently.

Complete production records, batch documentation, and traceability records accurately and on time.

Carry out in-process quality checks and report any non-conformances, deviations, or equipment issues.

Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) safely and in accordance with company procedures and training.

Ensure all materials, products, and packaging are correctly identified and labelled.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and site quality activities

Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Management teams to achieve operational objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical and alphabetical accuracy

Ability to accurately follow batch sheets, manufacturing instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in product codes, batch numbers, labels, and documentation.

Good organisational skills and the ability to work safely under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards.

Basic computer literacy and experience completing production documentation accurately.

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Previous manufacturing experience essential, within chemical industry preferred.
Valid Reach Truck FLT Licence, refreshed within the last three years.
