Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate appointments and travel, handle communications, and assist with a variety of personal and business tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organize events, meetings, and personal engagements.
- Run personal and business errands as required.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential information.
- Assist with household management, including coordinating maintenance and deliveries where applicable.
- Monitor expenses, assist with basic budgeting, and expense reporting.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
- Prioritize tasks and anticipate needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and personal projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexible, adaptable, and dependable.
- Full UK driving licence (if travel or errands are required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives or business owners.
- Knowledge of diary management and travel planning.
- Experience using project management or scheduling software.
- First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
