Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The position will be a job share assisting reception and managing the F&B team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining food safety and quality. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or barista roles is highly desirable, alongside strong leadership and organisational skills.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and provide training to optimise performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of operation.
- Serve customers courteously and efficiently, resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
- Working on Reception desk. Taking hotel bookings, checking guest in and out. Taking restaurant bookings and enquiries.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience in team management, including scheduling and training staff members.
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service excellence.
- Previous roles such as barista or in hospitality are advantageous.

Pay: £12.81 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
