About Cosy Cosmetics
Cosy Cosmetics is a small, fast-growing company who has just turned 2 years old. In that time, we’ve successfully sold over 300,000 body mists on social media. We proudly manufacture all of our products in-house in South Yorkshire, specialising in high-quality body care products with fragrance at the heart of everything we create.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Picker/Packer & Admin Support to support our expanding operations.
The Role
We're looking for reliable and highly organised all rounder person to efficiently pick and pack orders within targeted timeframes. Along with admin and customer service support.
This is a hands on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, working independently and being behind the scenes of a small business operation.
You will be connecting with our customers, supporting their needs and picking and packing orders on time. - There will be times where support is needed on the production team, you will need to be willing to adapt to what is needed to be done on the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
- Resolve order issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and on-brand customer experience
- Order fulfilment, picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and keep stock area organised
- Ensure orders are correctly dispatched on time
- Support with ad hoc tasks when needed
This role requires you to be on your feet for most of the day and can involve manual handling.

- Previous manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential)
