About The Copper House Inn
The Copper House Inn is a welcoming neighbourhood pub known for great drinks, genuine hospitality, and a relaxed, characterful atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic, friendly Bar Team Member to join our team and help deliver brilliant guest experiences every day.
What You’ll Do
- Serve drinks with confidence — Pour pints, mix drinks, and serve wines and coffees with consistency and care.
- Create a warm welcome — Greet guests, build rapport and help make the pub feel like a home‑from‑home.
- Support the floor — Run food, clear tables, and keep the venue clean and guest‑ready.
- Keep the bar stocked — Restock products, rotate stock and assist with deliveries.
- Maintain high standards — Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with licensing and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team — Communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and support your colleagues during busy periods.
