Join Our Mercedes-Benz of Southampton Aftersales Team
We're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our busy aftersales team. Based in our 14-bay workshop, you'll work alongside two Master Technicians, a Diagnostic Technician and a team of experienced Service Technicians, drawing on a wealth of Mercedes-Benz knowledge with team members bringing 15 to 40 years of experience. Supported by the Mercedes-Benz UK training pathway and ongoing in-house development, you'll have excellent opportunities to enhance your skills and develop your career. Off-site parking is available.

What We're Looking For
- MOT Tester Licence
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Franchised retailer experience
- EV or Hybrid qualifications
