M.C. Kelly is a catering butcher and fine foods supplier based in the heart of Mid Devon. Providing produce to the local catering and retail industry.
We are currently looking for an individual to process our wild shot deer; concentrating on the skinning process however will be required to assist in the butchery preparation.
They will need an understanding of hygienic preparation, be capable of maintaining hygiene records and working with a small team.
Monday- Friday full time position
Remuneration based on experience and skill set.
