R&E Cleaning Services Ltd is looking for a reliable and conscientious cleaner to join our team in the Swansea area.
The main role is 8 hours per week at a retirement development in Sketty, providing regular cleaning of communal areas.
We are particularly looking for someone who has some flexibility to provide additional cover at our other Swansea-area sites when existing team members are on holiday or absent. This would be offered as additional paid hours when required and could suit someone looking for a regular part-time role with the opportunity to pick up extra work.
The role includes:
- 8 regular hours per week at our Sketty site
- Cleaning communal areas to a consistently high standard
- Vacuuming, mopping and general floor care
- Cleaning communal toilets and other shared areas as required
- Dusting, polishing and general cleaning
- Additional cover work at other Swansea-area sites when available
- Working independently and managing your time effectively
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently without supervision
- Has good attention to detail
- Is friendly and professional around residents and site managers
- Has reasonable flexibility to help with additional cover
- Ideally has previous cleaning experience, although this isn't essential for the right person
Because our sites are in different parts of Swansea, your own transport would be a strong advantage, particularly if you would like to undertake additional cover work.
Hours: 8 contracted hours per week + optional additional cover hours
Location: Sketty, Swansea, with potential cover work across our other Swansea sites
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Employment: Part-time, permanent
