Duties
- Assisting with general site clearance, including moving materials and debris
- Supporting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
- Loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the site
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Participating in ad hoc duties as directed by supervisors to support project needs
Skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing workloads
- Previous experience in labouring or similar roles is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training as required
