Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Surveyor/Operations Manager to lead our loft installation projects and oversee daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage survey activities, coordinate installation teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ,excellent timekeeping and be an excelent communicator.
Duties
- Conduct detailed surveys of loft spaces to assess dimensions and suitability for storage solutions
- Plan and coordinate loft installation projects from initial survey through completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee the work of installation teams, providing guidance from initial survey to job completion.
- Ideally have some experience in surveying or project management within the construction or home improvement sectors but onsite training will be given.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities .
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction and home improvement work
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers
- A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
