Tristan Cole Interiors is a design-led interiors company specialising in the design and installation of luxury bathrooms. We create beautifully finished, bespoke spaces for our customers, with a real focus on quality, attention to detail and exceptional workmanship.
We’re looking for an experienced, multi-skilled bathroom fitter / tradesman to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an opportunity for someone who is already a capable tradesman but wants to take their career, skills and standard of workmanship to the next level.
The role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out complete bathroom installations to a high-end standard, working from our designs and specifications to bring the finished bathroom to life.
Our installations involve much more than simply fitting a bathroom suite. We pride ourselves on delivering a complete, professional finish, so we’re looking for someone with a broad range of skills and the ability to take ownership of an installation from start to finish.
You’ll need to be confident working across different trades and, importantly, be someone who can think on your feet and solve problems when things don't always go exactly to plan.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in bathroom installation or a similar multi-trade role
- Has a varied and well-rounded skill set
- Is confident with plumbing and bathroom installations
- Has experience with tiling and finishing work
- Can work independently and take ownership of their work
- Is a good problem solver who can find practical solutions
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
- Understands that in a luxury installation, the small details matter
- Can work cleanly, professionally and respectfully in customers' homes
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in representing the company
- Has a full driving licence

Full UK driving licence required.

Salary: Salary Bracket £34K - £40K
