Front of House Team Member
Location: Hinton Charterhouse, Bath, BA2 7SN
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming village pub in Hinton Charterhouse, Bath.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the pub, providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, serving customers, handling payments, and helping to create a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas
- Processing payments and operating the till
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided
Working Hours:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday: 12:00am – 3:00pm, 6pm-9:30pm
- Thursday: 12:00pm – 3:00pm . 6pm-9:30pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 22:00pm
- Saturday: 12:00pm – 22:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and successful candidates may be required to work across these shifts.
